Sarah M. Croasdale
Sarah has over 20 years of experience in private equity, finance, treasury and capital markets. She founded Westhaven based on the demand for her expertise, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Sarah graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS in Business Management where she was a member of the KU women's golf team. She received her MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Brian C. Blad
Brian has over 25 years of experience in private equity, accounting, finance, treasury and financial reporting across numerous industries. He has served in various CFO and CAO roles throughout his career including as the CFO of a private equity firm with approximately $2.5 billion in managed assets. Brian graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Accounting and an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joshua R. Hood
Josh has just under 20 years of experience in private equity, finance, treasury, and accounting across energy, life sciences, aerospace and defense, real estate, and other industries. He most recently served as Founder of Pheasant Run Partners after spending 12 years as Partner and Chief Financial Officer of an investment firm with more than $1 billion in assets under management, where he led financial operations, investment analysis, asset divestitures, and treasury functions. Josh graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Meteorology and earned his MBA in Finance and Energy from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business, where he was a Price Scholar.

Neile E. LoPorto
Neile has over 25 years of experience in financial reporting, tax and audit in the oil and gas, family office, nonprofit and banking industries. She has significant knowledge and experience in accounting, tax, audit, financial reporting, bookkeeping and real estate. Neile owns two retail liquor stores in Oklahoma. She has held various CFO, financial reporting and financial consulting roles. Neile graduated with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Monica J. Gonzales
Monica has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, treasury, and financial reporting, primarily within the oil and gas industry. She has served as Controller for multiple energy companies where she led accounting organizations, managed acquisitions and divestitures, and oversaw SEC reporting and SOX compliance. Monica began her career in public accounting with KPMG and Ernst & Young. She graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with a BS in Accounting.

Maggie J. Crook
Maggie has over 20 years of experience in land and lease operations, legal operations, payroll and accounting with some of the largest oil and gas operators in the United States. Maggie has also held Treasurer roles for various nonprofit boards and committees. She currently sits on the advisory council and finance board committee for a nonprofit organization in Oklahoma City. Maggie graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Tulsa University and the University of Central Oklahoma.

J. Kyle Stephens
Kyle has over 10 years of experience in private equity accounting, treasury and capital markets, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Kyle graduated with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of the OU men's baseball team.
Controller
Ryan L. Waggoner
Ryan has just under 30 years of experience in accounting, treasury, and financial reporting, primarily within the oil and gas industry. Throughout his career, Ryan has built and led accounting teams, managed treasury and cash flow operations, overseen month-end close and financial statement preparation, and supported SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and a successful IPO. He began his career in joint venture and royalty auditing across onshore and offshore oil and gas properties. Ryan graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a BS in Accounting.
